Gee-Gnome rescued from Earthquake!
The fearless Gnomies extracted the Gee-Gnomes from his hidey hole in Vallejo! All are well and accounted for tho shaken and a wee-bit peeved at this bit of timing. So many thanks for all the support given on both sides of the border to make sure the Gee-Gnome makes it to his date in Calgary! Lot of love from Generious GeeGnome and his slightly cracked butt!

Gee-Gnome is going to Canada!
The Gee-Gnome project is going to Calgary! The fine folks with the Beakerhead organization (http://beakerhead.org/) invited us and provided the means for the Gee-Gnome project to attend their festival. The first time out of country for GeeGnomious we are working hard at getting him ready for international travel. Beakerhead is Sept 10-14th and we are planning on taking the smash up of art and science and engineering literally! The GeeGnome project is also delighted to have the opportunity in conjunction with the Sisterhood of Molten Lead to teach the youth of Alberta how to make their very own "poofer" flame effects. Thank You Beakerhead!!!!

Gnome is at Flipside!
Thanks to some of your donations and the tireless unicorn Sara Peyrot the Gee-Gnome is in Austin, Texas for the regional burn Flipside! Mucho thanks also to Amy Bunker and the Collaborations & Cross-Pollination Kickstarter campaign that helped up get the gnome tanspo'ed and fueled up. Accompanied by gnome fluffers Mills, Josh, Denise, Brother Jess, and the aforementioned Sara the Gnome will be flipping his hat to the Gnome Ranger and lighting up the hill country. It has been reported that Lambrusco has been secured but not much info after that, hopefully a coincidence and not a causality casualty. Anyway Best Wishes to Gee-Gnome and crew as the embark on this BAD IDEA!

The Flipside theme this year is "Bad Idea" and so it is! Please consider enabling us with a pledge http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1902217603/collaboration-and-cross-pollination . Will the stickers be "gnome ranger" or "gnome on the range" only time will tell, but hopefully y'all will be saying Howdy to our own Gee-Gnomious!

Success!
Great News! The word on the playa is we hit a 'Gnome-Run'. The Gnomes were well pleased with the offering of the Gee-Gnome Project and the human gee-gnome will be further developed. Our DNA was picked up for version 0.3b and at least a 30 year commitment for enhancement. Evolution can continue and we can all breath a sigh of relief and concentrate on more pressing issues, like what a robo-gnome might look like. Well there is no place like gnome and as we all dust off and straighten out the messes we leftess on the way out I would like to THANK all of YOU, loyal Gnome Fanatics and Friends who made all this craziness possible. So Thank You and the Gnomes thank you also. Stay tuned for photos and videos and possible Gee-Gnone appearances.

Gnome, gnome, and away!
The Gee-Gnome is (mostly, kinda) completely ready to go! After many long hours, much laughter, tears, beers, deaths, and births (well, those last two happened somewhere in the world), The Gee-Gnome Project has gone from a cute idea into an incredibly cute reality. In a few short hours he will begin his mystical, dusty journey to our most favorite desert. The gnomes look forward to seeing you at GnomeHQ, that being 5:00 and 200 feet out from the esplanade, all next week.
And remember, if you're having trouble finding such a cute, little project, wait until nightfall, stay real still, listen very closely, and then walk towards the giant geyser of multi-colored fire!
Drive safely! Obey the speed limits! Leave no trace! And, most importantly, have a great time on the playa!
